POSITION: CORPORATE LEGAL ADVISOR
Requirements:

  • Must possess a Degree in Law (LLB) with or without experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Preferably experience in Litigation/Commercial/Corporate.
  • A good planner, organizer and stickler for details.
  • Independent with a high degree of job integrity and a deep sense of work commitment.
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.


POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in supervision, quality control, planning and implementation of property development projects with some experience in property industry.
  • Must be familiar with the overall development process and the relevant laws and legislation governing property development and construction.
  • Able to liaise and coordinate with consultants and authorities in all aspects of property development.
  • Good leadership quality to lead a team of site personnel.
  • Hardworking and able to work under pressure to meet tight project schedules.


POSITION: QUALITY CONTROLLER
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Quality Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.


POSITION: QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or its Equivalent.
  • Preferably with 3 years relevant experience.
  • Well verse in contractual matter and estimation.
  • Experience in construction / building is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently, supervise and communicate well with all level of staff.
  • Able to handle pre & post tendering works, quotation, contract, administration of projects in execution, purchasing and preparing progress claim.
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with consultants & contractors.


POSITION: SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proven track record with at least 5 years of relevant experience at senior level in sales and marketing.
  • Excellence communication and writing skills.
  • Excellence ability to influence and motivate team members to work willingly and enthusiastically Aggressive, hardworking and self-motivated
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.


POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in Property industry.
  • Good knowledge of the Labour Act and Industrial Act.
  • Knowledgeable in Workman Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, recruitment, Training and Performance & Rewards Management.
  • Computer skills including payroll processing/HR software.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of simplifying complex issues into clear, concise recommendations.


POSITION: SECRETARY
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial studies, PSC or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years related experience in secretarial duties.
  • Independent, self motivated and able to handle pressure.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Art & Design, Advertising / Media or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Macromedia Flash, Dream weaver, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript & etc.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking capabilities under tight time constraints.
  • Any multimedia skills and experience in property development will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the same field.


POSITION: ACCOUNTS CLERK
Requirements:

  • SPM or STPM/Diploma in Accounting.
  • Min 2 years working experience.
  • Data entry function & documentation.
  • Basic Book Keeping.
  • Knowledge in Quickbooks or any accounting software.
  • Requires female with proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.


POSITION: OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE
Requirements:

  • SPM or STPM.
  • Min 1 year working experience.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Computer Skill.
  • Required language(s): Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
